Below FAQ are some common concerns of our clients before purchasing.

Q 1: How can I order?
You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order number and summary to your email as well as on you provided phone number. Order summary will also be stored to your account as well.

Q 2: Why should I buy online?

By ordering online you will you will get prices faster and you will be able to go through order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could be a huge time saver. At online we also provide Same day deliveries

Q 3: What payment methods can I use?

Currently we support COD (Cash on Delivery) and Credit Card on delivery payment methods. Online payment methods are in the pipelines and shall be integrated soon.

Q 4: What are the delivery charges?

But please be advised that

  • For out-of-city orders Flat PKR 199 delivery/shipment will be charged only if product weight is within 5 KG. Above 5KG to 10KG charges are PKR500, 10KG to 20KG charges are PKR1000, 20KG to 30KG charges are PKR1500 & 30KG to 50KG shipment charges PKR2000 will be charged on COD.

Q 5: Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please contact our helpline number’s.

Q 6: How do I know if my product is eligible for an exchange and/or replacement?

Q 7: How long do I have to initiate my request for a refund or replacement?

You can initiate your request for a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery. You must have proof of purchase and the condition of the product should not be opened or used.

Q 8: What is Delivery on Date (Calendar)?

You can choose from the calendar a date withing the next 4 days in which you require a delivery.

Q 9: How do create an account?

Go to this page  and click “create a new account”, then just fill in all the needed information and click “create”.  After submitting the form, your account will be confirmed and you will be notified by email.

Q 10: How can I retrieve my password?

You can retrieve your password by clicking “forgot password?”. Instruction on password retrieval will be send to your email.

Q 11: How do I change my personal details or email address?

You can easily change all your information on your account.  Go to login page and log in, then click “my account” and “edit”. Here you can change all your contact information.

Q 12: Security?

Our web store is secured with SSL certificate. This means the information you input is encrypted and it will not be available for third parties.
